Why I do this work
Over the last decade, I’ve worked in health, performance, nutrition, behavior change, and coaching — helping people create meaningful transformation in the way they eat, think, feel, and live.
What I realized over time is that most people don’t struggle because they “don’t know what to do.” They struggle because real life is full, food is emotional, habits are personal, and consistency requires support that meets you where you actually are.
